CityToolBox is an online learning platform that encourages citizen-driven actions in the urban landscape. It offers example ‘tools’, or actions and initiatives, from cities around the world, and provides the context, steps, photos and contact info for each tool.

The Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) published a Resilience Hubs Guidance Document and other resources to support local governments, communities, and partners interested in developing Resilience Hubs – “community-serving facilities augmented to support residents, coordinate communication, distribute resources, and reduce carbon pollution while enhancing quality of life”.

The Resilience Hub Implementation Toolkit was published in 2023 by Boyle Heights Arts Conservatory, Climate Resolve, and Resilient Cities Catalyst. Resilient Cities Catalyst has additional publications on economic and climate resilience for cities and communities.
